any remedy for headache because of air and sunlight?
I have a major problem, ie whenever i go out in sun or in air i got headache and then i need to take medicine. Is there any remedy through which i can enjoy going out and could come back home without this headache

2 Tylenol… wear sunglasses.
It sounds like you have migraines. Take an sock and put rice in it tie the end of it in a knot. Heat it in the microwave for 30seconds to a minute and the heat may help your headache.
