CAFFINE

Sometimes if you put pressure on the two “bumps” at base of head, hold & release, hold & release

Also, try pinching the top of your nose, above the bridge, between the eye cavities. Again, hold, release and so on.

Careful, DO NOT HOLD FOR VERY LONG PERIODS OF TIME, as this can cause damage!

Hope you feel better soon!

Using a wash cloth, soak it in white vinegar. Wring it out, place it over your forehead/eye and lie down in a darkened room for 20 minutes or so. The vinegar draws out the headache.

You can try the amino acid Arginine. It is supposed to reduce the inflammation that causes the headache.

Light headaches ( not migraine type, injury or infection caused)
Tie a scarf /towel around your head with the knotted part over the place that hurts. Not too tight. Just some pressure. The discomfort will go away after a while.
Otherwise bath your head with hot water ( not scalding ) but not the rest of your body, the air trapped in the head causing you discomfort will run off elsewhere ( hopefully come out as a burp, otherwise….)

take a B-12 capsul. It works every time for me. And if you’re prone to cold sores DO NOT use Arginine like the answer above says. It brings them out.

-Rest in a quiet room, in darkness or with dimmed lights. Make sure of getting enough sleep at night.
-Take eucalyptus steam. Put 10 drops of eucalyptus oil in boiled water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam.

There are three good ones.

1. Aspirin with cafeine

2. squeezing the hegu vital point in the webbing between the right thumb and index finger.

3. take a few drops of the essential oil of lavendar (NOT spike lavendar) and massage it into the forehead and on the temples.

have had great results with this for mild h/aches:
50% pure lavender essential oil combined with 50% pure peppermint oil.
Dab a tiny bit on the temples, forehead and back of the head.
Have found headache often disappears within 5 minutes,

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I agree with Dee Dee’s answer. I bought a little bottle of natural headache relief a few years ago(it had a roller ball and you rolled it right onto your forhead and temples with) and it was a mixture of peppermint and lavander essential oils. Not only was it soothing, but it smelled great! :) Good luck! :)
