headache remedy?
I have a really bad headache from crying all morning. My oldest cat died and it hurts.
Anyone know how to help a too-much-crying headache?

I’m so sorry to hear that, i understand your pain. I lost Mr Carrot 15 months ago.
Your headache is the result of stress and anxiety. You should try and do something to help you relax first, maybe a hot tub bath. Then have some chamomile tea (sweeten it with honey), and try to sleep a little. Keep yourself well hydrated, too, drink some Gatorade.
You can also try taking 2 aspirins with coffee, putting ice packs on your head (and place cold spoons on your eyes, as I’m assuming they are swollen).
Hey sweetie.. Try a cold damp washcloth over your eyes. I have had that problem before. My eyes feel like they are going to burst out of my head…Cool dark room and soft music. And {{{{{Hugs}}}}} I hope you feel better, (The headache I mean) The kitty will take a long while.. I am so sorry love.
I’m so sorry about the loss of your family member. As for the headaches, yes, go in a very dark room close the curtains & turn out the lights, hopefully you’ll fall asleep & wake up not happier but at least without a headache.

my first hound dog died, just three months ago, and i cried a river, i would have took a bullet for him. i love animals so much more than most people, just remember death is a release from life, it’s pains and sufferings are over, remember the good times, and i know you did everything you could for the feller, it’s rough, and i hope you bounce back quick, i still cry if i think of rusty, the last years of his life i kept him inside and he’d lay by the fire in the winter, and i fed him boiled chicken everyday, he was too good for dog food…………i love you and hope the pain is releaved fast, cry it all out, it will help.
