How can I do this headache remedy ? I can’t realize?
hi everybody!
there is a remedy for those who have a headache..at the end of this remedy,it says
“press the thumb of one hand against the tender spot in the “V” formed by the thumb and forefinger of the other hand.”
my English is good but i don’t know y i don’t understand it!!
please explain what this remedy says.what should i do?
i mean which hand should be in “V” form and what part should be pressed and how?

I think the “V” this remedy refers to is the shape the index finger and the thumb make when your fingers are spread apart.
