@RelegasianChaos why the hell does it matter? Seriously. Would you like a burka perhaps?

The secret to kundalini and charkas is in your sexual fluid. If you you let your sexual fluid build up for more than 12 days depending on the person, it has to travel up the spine. When I say sexual fluid I am talking about semen and in women its called something else. That is the key to enlightenment. Something has to grow out of a root and that is you fluid. : )

Do you think you could wear more clothes? The word “whore” is what I think when I watch this. I know she’s probably a really good person, but is doing it in your underwear really a must?

Ana it’s so sweet of you to post this vid. I love your dvd. I’ve to confess it kicks my butt. But it’s so amazing the feeling afterwards.

That´s ok then, I thought you were referring to the Bible or Koran fairy tales.

I am one with the universe and “God” so I create myself.

I am referring to the Great God who created you and that without Him you’d be nothing.

I refer to the God who created you and that without Him you’d be nothing.

Are you referring to the God of Abraham who killed & slaughtered and mentally tortured millions of people. Because someone followed his GOD given instincts and took a wrong step ?

i prefer to pray to God Almighty

I totally enjoy doing the five tibetans on the video–was not aware that there were ten tibetans too. Is ten tibetans on one of their videos?

it’s because pranayama and kundalini increases your chi and you twitch and stuff since your body hasn’t adapted to the change in electricity yet, headaches are from parts of your brain starting to function after being dormant for so long, and when you first start out repressed negative emotions come out for a while like a detox

The five and ten tibetans are hella good too, but I think KYs the best

I have 12 of their videos, including this one, and I follow one of them almost every day.
They are all great, and I am so glad to have found them. I believe my Kundalini practice has made a very positive difference in my life.

What is the best way to practice kundalini?

As usual there is a lot of crap by people who really don’t know what they are doing but if you check out “Breathing Exercises - Introduction to Pranayama” by yogayak, she seems to be pretty sound in her practice and teaching.

I am of the firm belief that for a time we need a teacher as there are many subtleties that need addressing but then to a degree you can’t go far wrong because if it is not right it will feel like crap and you won’t continue to practice.

Oh ok. Sound approach I think. Could you refer me to any good websites of maybe videos on pranayama?

Pranayama is yoga breath control.

So any of the breathing exercises you might see these people practicing to “awaken their kundalini” such as fire breathing etc is really all considered pranayama

My experience is that if people are going to go “loopy” they will do so one way or the other. Students that look to me like they could lose the plot get taught only the very basics and need to practice those for periods of time safely before they get anymore, it’s pretty much idiot proof in one sense

No I don’t think that it has anything to do with control as this comes from psycho therapists…I did a little bit of reading up on “kundalini syndrome”, and there seems to be danger really if one is not able to understand and properly interpret the phenomena that they become newly aware of or that this practice can produce.

What is pranayama?

I’ve heard that too.

I’ve been hearing the same about pranayama which I have been practicing daily for so many years I can’t remember. To this day I have yet to experience a single negative effect that I am aware of, in fact, everything in life is better because of it. I have taught many students the same pranayama practices and have yet to see any harm. (Perhaps delusion is it ??)

Sometimes I wonder if these things are said by those who wish to keep control, not unlike the various religions.

Seriously now, I’ve heard that there can be psycho-physiological problems associated with the improper practice of this discipline without an experienced aid…the “kundalini syndrome”….any thoughts?

I love this form of yoga. It puts a smile on my face
Don’t like pure hatha, if hatha was the only yoga then I wouldn’t do it

Hi I posted a video for beginners to acquire the energy to awaken the Kundalini, while clearing out the nadis. I trust you will allow to stay posted, as you should also be interested in people who buy your video awakening their Kundalini.

I’ve been doing this DVD for a couple of weeks now and love it! I actually look forward to excercising now! Eventually I will move my way up to a more advanced DVD. I highly suggest this DVD if you’re a beginner:) I’ve heard that with Kundalini Yoga you will see results faster than traditional yoga.

I’m not even remotely related to Ana or Ravi, and really have nothing invested in whether or not you buy their DVDs. Their DVDs haven’t caused any miraculous changes in my life but whenever I take the time to do them it’s really fun, unique, challenging, and actually does boost my mood. It’s sort of addictive in a way I haven’t experienced with other ‘work-out’ DVDs. I can’t speak for whether it’s sacrilegious or genuine yoga, etc., but it seems geared towards a general and secular audience.

I already ordered the Kundalini Yoga for Energy & Super Radiance (I think thats the title?). I will get the other 2 as soon as I can get the cash together.
