Please HELP:What are some good headache remedies?
I was in PE running my mile then when I was done,I had a really bad headache and I still do now.It started at around 12 and it is still pretty bad.Any good medicines? What should I do or take??

Lie down, relax your shoulders, and rub the bottom middle of your head at the back. right where the spine meets your head.
