why do l have constant headache, having stopped smoking 4 about a year now. Does anyone have a remedy for it?
My headache is a constant worry to me, and medicines have only a partial relief for me when the headache is disturbing me, does anyone have a suggestion as to what l should do, to be free of this problem?

Tulsi tea (Holy Basil). Its very relaxing and helps get rid of stress problems as well as many other problems including headaches and arthritis pains.

i don’t think your headache is caused by having smoked, i quit myself and do not suffer from headaches the cause has to be something different like stress or something that could be serious so you might want to see a doctor to see what he can advise
