What are some good Headache remedies?
I have a bad headache and i am unable to take any pain meds, What would be some good headache remedies that don’t invole any type of pain meds?Please and Thank you.

Uhhh i share your pain, lay down in a quiet dark area and get some rest. That should shake it! Feel Better :)
