I have a really bad headache and I can’t sleep. What can I do naturally to solve this problem?

Turn off ALL the lights, make it cool in your room, go underneath the blanket, and make sure its VERY quiet. And, get off the computer, no matter how hard it may be. Staring at the screen usually makes it worse. And drink some cold water; not freezing, just cold.
Oh, and the main thing, put an ice pack on your head. If you don’t have one, use a bag of frozen vegetables.
I usually do all this and it works when I have one of those pulsating, blinding, nauseating headaches. I hope u feel better!!!

I have found that the Hyland’s Headache Tablets works well for us. My wife is very opposed to using drugs, and this natural, herbal remedy has been great so far. We also have used their Teething Tablets for our daughter (she actually LOVES chewing them).
